Privacy Policy

The DreamDirector.AI MVP is now available to selected users for Beta Testing. The MVP is code named DreamlandXP. This is the Privacy Policy for the App currently available on TestFlight. 

All features of the application are accessible to end-users without requiring registration.

When a subscription is purchased, device identifiers and purchase receipts are collected. The collection of device IDs aims to associate purchase receipts with a unique identifier for the analysis of purchasing and usage metrics. The application does not gather additional information from the device.

The application requests access to health readings from WatchOS Health Kit during sessions and saves the session data to the Health Kit store. This data is utilized for real-time feature functionality. Session analytics, including duration, health readings, derived sleep evaluations, and alarm notifications, may be collected for feature development and are stored locally on your device. Please note that data stored on your device through the DreamlandXP application is not encrypted. Refer to your service's privacy policies if you enable device cloud backup features.

Personally identifying information is only collected for users who opt-in to our diagnostic information collection system by manually entering their email address. This allows us to collect and store Health kit data and session metrics automatically when using DreamlandXP. This data helps us improve the accuracy of reaL-time REM sleep detection. 

Data collected during routine use of the application is for the purpose of developing and enhancing application features. We do not share or sell data collected by the application.

Device identifiers and purchase receipts will be stored indefinitely. Users who opt-in to our diagnostic information collection system by manually entering their email address will have their Health data and session metrics stored indefinitely for the purposes of improving real-time REM sleep detection and app functionality. 

As new features are introduced and released, this privacy policy may require updates. We will update the policy with appropriate references as information becomes available. Significant changes to the collection or use of data will be reflected in this privacy policy, and updates will be announced on the app store or by Testflight.
