DreamDirector is a dream tech iPhone app built for Apple Watch that allows users to capture dream reports right from the watch using voice-to-text, and to influence their dreams through real-time cue playback of user selected cues during REM sleep. DreamDirector learns how you sleep and is able to detect when you are dreaming in real-time. This allows for dream directing, also called dream engineering or dream hacking, using the iPhone and Apple Watch system. The goal is to have better dreams and lucid dreams.
